Job description
What will you do?
As a service employee / supervisor at B&O Services, you are the go-to person on site at our clients' locations. You keep an eye on things, help customers and visitors, and solve facility issues and small jobs yourself. A varied job in which you work independently, with a committed team behind you.
Your main tasks
- Supervise client locations and report anything out of the ordinary
- Assist customers and visitors with questions, reports and complaints
- Log reports and make sure they are followed up properly
- Resolve technical and facility malfunctions on site
- Carry out inspections, minor maintenance and repairs
- Report and record your work in the administration
- Maintain contact with clients and suppliers
- Work on-call shifts outside office hours according to the schedule

Full-time job
32 hours per week, with a schedule that is known at least 28 days in advance.
A salary that grows with you
€ 15.25 to € 16.45 gross per hour for employees aged 21 and over. At 32 hours that is € 2,115 to € 2,281 per month, at 40 hours € 2,643 to € 2,851. Your salary grows with your experience. If you are younger than 21, an age-based salary applies.
Holiday allowance and days off
8% holiday allowance and 20 holiday days per year.
Public holiday supplement
50% extra when you work on a public holiday, and 100% extra between 6 pm on 31 December and 8 am on 1 January.
On-call allowance
€ 1.48 gross for every hour you are on call (€ 2.96 at weekends and on public holidays). If you are called out, the hours you work are paid on top of that.
Travel allowance
€ 0.23 net per kilometre for all kilometres if your one-way trip is 9 kilometres or more. If you travel by public transport, we reimburse your second-class travel costs.
Who you are
Is this role for you?
Required
- Secondary vocational (MBO) level of thinking and working
- Technically skilled and solution-oriented
- Customer-friendly, independent and reliable
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Driving licence B
- Available full-time (32 hours per week) and willing to work on-call shifts
- Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
Nice to have
- Experience in facility services, supervision, reception or technical maintenance
- A technical education, for example in installation or electrical engineering
- Valid BHV (in-house emergency response) and/or first aid certificate
- Knowledge of English or another additional language
