Job description
What will you do?
As an all-round site security officer at B&O Security Group, you are deployed at various sites across the Limburg region. No fixed post, but variety: one shift you are at a business park, the next at an event venue, office building or industrial site. Wherever you are, you are the first point of contact and the calm, alert presence that keeps the site, the people who work there or visit, and the property on it safe. Thanks to your broad deployability, you quickly gain experience with a wide range of sites and situations, making you an indispensable part of our team.
Your main tasks
- Access control and supervision of people, goods and the site
- Walking surveillance rounds, indoors and outdoors, at varying locations in Limburg
- CCTV monitoring and operating security systems
- Responding alertly to suspicious situations, incidents and emergencies
- Addressing guests, staff and visitors in a professional manner
- Writing reports on findings and incidents

Who you are
Is this role for you?
Required
- You hold a valid Security Officer 2 (Beveiliger 2) diploma
- You have a valid ID and a clean criminal record (screening/Certificate of Conduct is part of the procedure)
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own transport, as you will work at varying sites within Limburg
- You are presentable, customer-friendly and able to handle stress
- You are flexible and broadly deployable: different sites and varying shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends
- You have a good command of Dutch (English is a plus)
- You work with integrity, stay alert and take responsibility
Nice to have
- Experience as a site security officer or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of in-house emergency response (BHV)
