Job description
What will you do?
About us B&O Security Group is a growing security company based in Tilburg. Through B&O Safety and Care, we protect shops, businesses and properties across the Brabant region. We believe good security starts with people who are sharp, reliable and customer-friendly. Vigilance is our strength. What you'll do As a retail security officer, you make sure customers and staff can shop and work safely. You'll work for a range of retail clients in Tilburg and Eindhoven, such as supermarkets and shops.
Your main tasks
- Patrol the store, either visibly (in uniform) or undercover
- Prevent and detect shoplifting, and act according to set procedures
- Speak to customers about unwanted behaviour, calmly and professionally
- Stay in contact with store staff and the store manager
- Handle incidents, including detaining suspects and liaising with the police
- Write clear reports on your shifts and any incidents

Who you are
Is this role for you?
Required
- Dutch security guard diploma (Beveiliger 2, MBO level 2)
- A Retail Security (Winkelsurveillance) specialisation is a plus
- You're available for day, evening and Saturday shifts
- You handle stress well, communicate clearly and stay calm in difficult situations
- You speak and write Dutch well
- You're reliable, presentable and punctual
- Your own transport is a plus (so you can work in both Tilburg and Eindhoven)
Nice to have
- Good spoken and written English is a pré
